It varies by product. Some items work best in larger runs, while others, like premium direct mail packs, can be produced in small numbers. Tell us what you need and we'll advise on the most cost-effective quantity.

### Do you only work with large volumes?

No. We support a wide range of organisations, from small orders to large-scale rollouts across multiple sites.

We also have solutions where you can benefit from the cost savings of larger orders without needing the storage in-house. You can then call off the items you need, when you need them, and we'll make sure they arrive on time.

### Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

### Do I need to supply print-ready artwork?

No. If you have print-ready files, great. If not, our light-touch creative support makes sure your materials print properly and stay on brand. If you're starting from just an idea, we have a network of designers who can support with this.

### What file format should I send?

A high-resolution PDF with bleed and crop marks is ideal for most printed items. If you're not sure your file is ready, send what you have and we'll check it before anything goes to print.

### Why does my print look different to my screen?

Screens create colour with light (RGB), while printers use ink (CMYK), so some bright on-screen colours can't be matched exactly on paper. We'll flag anything that might shift and help you get the closest match.
